Forest Meadow Townhouse is an attached residential building consisting of 3 units at approximately 1,510 sq ft each. The project was developed for a builder looking to offer buyers a suburban lifestyle with the conveniences of urban infrastructure. Each unit is a full two-story home with its own private entrance, a yard, and a built-in single-car garage.

The walls are constructed from aerated concrete blocks with exterior clinker tile and decorative stucco cladding, providing excellent thermal insulation and an attractive appearance. The first floor of each unit features a living room, an eat-in kitchen, a guest bathroom, and a garage with interior access. The second floor contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious balcony. First-floor ceiling heights reach approximately 10 feet, creating a sense of openness.

The shared common area is fully landscaped and includes a children's playground with safety surfacing, a relaxation zone with a gazebo, and professionally designed greenery.
