Park City Residences

About the project

Park City Residences became one of our company's flagship projects over the past three years. The development comprises three nine-story buildings totaling 130,000 sq ft, situated in a green zone in southwest New York. The complex includes 240 apartments with well-thought-out floor plans ranging from studios to four-bedroom units, an underground parking garage for 300 vehicles, and a gated community with professionally landscaped grounds.

The primary engineering challenge was building on a site with a high water table. Our team utilized a pile foundation with a reinforced concrete cap and multi-layer waterproofing for the underground garage. The reinforced concrete and brick construction ensured the structural integrity of the load-bearing elements, while the natural stone facade cladding and panoramic balcony glazing created a striking architectural appearance.

The complex's mechanical systems include individual unit heating, supply and exhaust ventilation with heat recovery, and smart home pre-wiring. The grounds feature children's playgrounds, fitness areas, quiet relaxation zones with landscaped gardens, as well as 24/7 video surveillance and access control systems.
